Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. To ensure maximum benefit, take two capsules of Micro Daily Capsules twice daily roughly 8-12 hours apart. If you take iron, take it 2 hours before or after taking Micro Daily.
If you are pregnant or nursing, under the care of a doctor, or have a medical condition consult your physician before taking Micro Daily Capsules
Children under 12 years of age take half the adult dosage. Capsules may be cut open and the contents mixed in food. Morning and evening doses are best taken 8-12 hours apart.
